What is The Rebirth Mindset?

It’s the psychological process of turning a fixed mindset into a growth mindset. A mental strategy for changing fixed ways of thinking, habits, and behavior into ways of continuous growth.

Example: Imagine starting a diet, eating an unhealthy meal, and  give up because you think you’ve failed. A rebirth mindset will help you shift this form of thinking into a growth mindset, by having you recognize one bad meal doesn’t define your week. Helping you learn from mistakes and focusing on progress not perfection.

What can I expect when reading this book?

You will read the author’s, Quintin Queeman’s personal rebirth story, filled with tragedy, homelessness, and growth. You will also receive a guide for creating your own plan of growth and helpful tools to get started. Included as well is a short fictional story a couple battling life’s hardships and seeking growth.

What inspired you to write this book?

After seeing the people I love struggle to maintain their lives, I wanted to help others grow out of their fixed way of thinking, to experience freedom and happiness within themselves.
